Privacy Policy for Readers of the GoldZino UK Guide
Last updated: 13 October 2026.
This policy covers the editorial GoldZino guide for readers in the United Kingdom. It does not cover GoldZino’s own casino site, which has its own privacy practices. The sections are numbered so you can refer to them in a request.
1. Who is responsible
The editorial team behind this guide decides why and how personal data about its readers is handled, which makes it the controller for the data described below. The contact address for every privacy matter is [email protected].
2. What is covered and what is not
| Data | Who handles it | Covered here |
|---|---|---|
| Messages you send to the contact address | This guide’s editorial team | Yes |
| Technical data created when a page is delivered to you | This guide’s editorial team and its hosting environment | Yes |
| Your e-mail address and password at registration | GoldZino | No |
| Documents uploaded for verification before a first withdrawal | GoldZino | No |
| Payment details used for deposits and withdrawals | GoldZino and your payment provider | No |
GoldZino states that registration needs only an e-mail address and a password, and that verification before the first withdrawal involves uploading personal documents. That processing happens on the operator’s site, and this guide never sees it.
3. What we collect
We do not ask readers to create an account, and the guide has no sign-up form. We receive the content of any message you send us, including your e-mail address and anything you choose to write. We also receive the technical request data that any web page needs to be delivered, such as the network address of the device, the browser type and the time of the request. We do not ask for your name, age, address or gambling history, and we do not combine the technical data with the content of your messages.
4. Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your message and to correct a page where you point out an error. Basis: our legitimate interest in running an accurate guide, and, where you ask us a question, your request.
- To keep the site delivering pages and to protect it from misuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in the security and reliability of the site.
We do not use personal data for automated decisions about you and we do not sell it.
5. Cookies
Pages on the guide can be read without cookies that identify you. If analytics or advertising cookies are ever added, this section will be changed first, and you will be offered a choice where the law requires one. Links on the guide lead to the GoldZino site, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.
6. Who receives data
Messages are read by the editorial team. Technical data is processed by the hosting environment that serves the site. We share data with others only where the law requires it or where it is needed to deal with a security incident. Where a provider handles data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
7. How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as it takes to answer you and to complete any correction that follows, and then deleted unless we are required to keep them. Technical request data is kept only for as long as it is needed for security and reliability.
8. Security and what not to send
Access to messages is limited to the editorial team. E-mail is not a perfectly secure channel, so do not send us passwords, card numbers, account identifiers from your GoldZino account or copies of identity documents. We never need them, since a correction request needs only the page, the figure and the date you saw it. The guide does not run a mailing list, and your message is not added to one.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use and, where it applies, to receive it in a portable form. Write to the contact address and say which right you want to use. We may need to confirm that the message comes from the address concerned before acting on it.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.
11. Children
The guide is written for adults. Gambling is restricted to people aged 18 and over in Great Britain, and GoldZino states that players must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a young person has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.
12. Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects how personal data is used is made before the new use starts.
